Scandal’s “Marine Blue” is a lovely creamy light blue nail polish. I adore the corset design. This is such a soft pretty color. Keep scrolling for more swatches and reviews.

Excuse my nails in this. My nails broke and I did a nail art after this so I hadn’t cleaned up the polish. I’ll remember next time.

There is a bit of streaking in the polish, you can see on left. The 2nd
picture shows it with a top coat and as you can see it smooths it over
so it’s nothing to worry about. :)
